Mark & Michelle Brown
Brown Family Bio
Mark is a medical doctor, trained in Family medicine. In 2004 he plans to work with Dominicans to open a primary care clinic in a very needy area near the capital, Santo Domingo.
Michelle is a teacher, accredited in both music and Spanish. In addition to helping the family get settled she will be assisting with interpreting and leading worship at the new church plant.
Justin is 11 and in the 6 th grade. He loves baseball, especially the Yankees. He is a very good student and a real pro at chess.
Aleta is 8 and in the 4 th grade. She enjoys gymnastics, and is currently taking ballet lessons. She excels in social situations and really loves people.
Lydia is 6 and in the 2 nd grade. She made the high honor roll this quarter at school and is beginning book three in the Suzuki violin method.
The entire family will be assisting a Dominican couple in a church plant in 2004, as well as pitching in to help dad start and run this new clinic. We arrived in the DR August 2003.

- That support would be raised for the new clinic.
- That they would have great success reaching out to Dominicans for this new church plant.
- That the kids would adjust well and make new friends
